紫薯麵包 分量:8個 麵包材料: 高筋麵粉 250克 牛奶 120克 鹽 1茶匙 砂糖 15克 溫水 50克 酵母 3克 無鹽奶油 15克 蛋液 適量 紫薯餡料材料: 紫薯(煮熟,壓成泥) 200克 煉乳 25克 檸檬皮 1茶匙 檸檬汁 1茶匙 麵團做法: 1.把砂糖倒進溫水,攪拌至融化。 2. 酵母灑在糖水表面,靜置5分鐘至表面充滿氣泡。 3. 混合麵粉牛奶鹽和酵母水。(記得酵母不可以直接接觸到鹽。) 4.把麵團揉至不粘手和表面光滑。 5.把奶油包在麵團中,繼續揉至奶油和麵團完全混合。 6.揉好麵團放置於溫暖的地方,直到發酵至兩倍大。(約1小時) 紫薯餡料做法: 1. 混合紫薯泥、檸檬皮、檸檬汁和煉乳,備用。 紫薯麵包做法: 1.把烤爐預熱至180度。 2.輕輕拍打出麵團中的空氣,並揉至柔軟。 3.把麵團分成8等分,揉至球狀,並放置於室溫10分鐘。 4.紫薯餡料分成8等分。 5.麵包造型請參考影片。 6.麵包表面掃上蛋液。 7.以180度烤20分鐘或至表面金黃,即成。 Music: 🤍
