You don't have to be a professional baker to make this soft and fluffy bread. Today, I will show you how to make it easy and you'll be glad you're making your own bread and not gonna buy anymore. Here's what you'll need: 1 cup warm milk (236 ml) 1 tbsp sugar (10g) 2 tsp active dry yeast 3 cup all purpose flour (375g) + 1/3-1/2 cup for kneading ¼ cup sugar (50g) 1 tsp salt (5g) 1 large egg 1/3 cup melted butter (75g) 2 tbsp oil for your hand while kneading Eggwash 1 egg and 1 tbsp milk PORTUGUESE: Aqui está o que você precisará: 1 xícara de leite morno (236 ml) 1 colher de sopa de açúcar (10g) 2 colheres de chá de fermento seco ativo 3 xícaras de farinha de trigo (375g) + 1 / 3-1 / 2 xícara para amassar ¼ xícara de açúcar (50g) 1 colher de chá de sal (5g) 1 ovo grande 1/3 de xícara de manteiga derretida (75g) 2 colheres de sopa de óleo para a mão enquanto amassa Eggwash 1 ovo e 1 colher de sopa de leite ARABIC: OVEN - Baking time may vary depending on your oven's specification. I'm using a conventional oven which heat rises from the bottom. YEAST - Active dry yeast and instant yeast both help leaven bread and provide an airy, light texture, but they do so in slightly different ways and there's one major difference in how you use them: Active dry yeast needs to be dissolved in water before using, while instant yeast can be mixed right into dry ingredients. Don't know where to start when it comes to making bread? Do you only have all-purpose flour? Scared you're going to fail? Fear not!! This is the bread recipe you've been looking for! I will show you how to make bread step by step! Let's do this!! White Bread Recipe: 4 cups warm water 2 TBSP. active dry yeast Dash of white granulated sugar Mix together and let "foam" for 10 minutes in a warm place, covered. After 10 minutes, pour yeast mixture into large mixing bowl. Add: 1 TBSP. salt 1/3 cup olive oil 1/3 cup honey 5 cups all-purpose flour Mix. Add 5-7 more cups flour (ONE CUP AT A TIME) until dough is smooth and pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Knead by hand on lightly floured surface for 5-8 minutes. Place dough in a greased large bowl and spray dough with cooking spray. Then cover with a dish towel and let the dough rise until doubled in size, 30-45 minutes. Generously grease 3 (9 x 5 in) loaf pans and set aside. Punch down the dough, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead it briefly to remove the air bubbles. Divide dough in thirds, knead each section a few times, and then shape into a loaf. Place the dough into prepared loaf pans. Rub the top of the loaves with soft butter then cover with a dish towel and let rise 30-45 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake the loaves for 30 minutes. Immediately remove loaves from pans and cool on a wire rack. Rub the top with butter while still hot! You can freeze this bread in a freezer bag for up to 2 months! Thanks to Magic Spoon for sponsoring this video! Use my code RAGUSEA to get $5 off your delicious, healthy Magic Spoon cereal by clicking this link: 🤍 *RECIPE* 2 cups (474mL) water, divided in two 2 teaspoons (10g) salt (based on the Morton Kosher I use) 1/8 teaspoon dry yeast (two small pinches) bread flour (you'll need maybe 5-6 cups, 500-600g, but this recipe is not based on firm quantities) a little whole wheat flour, if you want (I like to replace maybe a tenth of the white bread flour with whole wheat — I just eyeball it) The night before you want to bake, mix a poolish by combining half of the water (1 cup, 237mL) with the yeast and enough flour to get a thick batter / pudding consistency. I think a wooden spoon is the best utensil to use for this, but whatever spoon you use, use something rigid. You can just leave the spoon in the poolish overnight. Cover the poolish and let it ferment 8-24 hours. About four hours before you want to bake, uncover the poolish and mix in the remaining cup (237mL) of water, salt, and as much flour as you can stir in with a spoon (no hand kneading). Again, you can leave the spoon in there. Cover and let rise/hydrate for about an hour. Check it again and see if you can stir in a little more flour now that the previous addition has hydrated. When you're done, you can get rid of the spoon. Cover and let rise/hydrate for another hour. These next steps I do in the bowl, just to keep the mess contained, FYI. Sprinkle the dough with a little flour to keep it from sticking to you. Grab one side of it and pull it out until just before it's going to tear, then fold it back in on itself. Rotate the dough 90 degrees and repeat until you've done this four total times. Position the dough so that the seems are on the bottom and the smooth surface is on top. Cover and let rest for about 20 minutes. Do the whole folding and stretching procedure again, rest 20 minutes, and then do it a third time. The following instructions are for baking this with a dutch oven. If you're using a baking sheet with a heat-safe metal bowl, skip to that part now. Get a sheet of parchment paper, crumple it up into a ball, un-crumple it and stuff it down into the bottom of your dutch oven. Transfer in the dough, smooth-side up. Cover the dutch oven (but not with the lid). Put the lid in your oven and get it heating to 500ºF/260ºC (some people get better results with slightly lower temperatures, but every oven is different). Let the dough proof for about a half hour while the oven heats up. When the dough is looking puffy, score the surface — I find a few quick, confident slashes with a serrated knife work ok. Put the dutch oven over a burner on your stove, turn the heat on high, and cove it with the hot lid from the oven. When the side of the dutch oven feel hot (it should just take a couple minutes), transfer the whole situation to your oven and let bake for a half hour undisturbed, so as to not let any steam escape. Carefully remove the hot lid, reduce the heat to 450ºF/230ºC and let the surface of the bread brown while the interior finishes baking, 10-20 more minutes. You can test the interior with a thermometer — anything in the neighborhood of 200ºF/93ºC is good. Let the bread cool before slicing. The following instructions are for doing this with a baking sheet and a heat-safe metal bowl. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. After you've done the whole folding thing three times, position the dough on the baking sheet, smooth-side up. Cover it with a heat-safe metal bowl that's big enough to not touch the dough as it rises and/or bakes. Get your oven heating to 500ºF/260ºC (some people get better results with slightly lower temperatures, but every oven is different). Let the dough proof for about a half hour while the oven heats up. When the dough is looking puffy, score the surface — I find a few quick, confident slashes with a serrated knife work ok. Move the whole pan/bowl rig into the oven and let bake for a half hour undisturbed, so as to not let any steam escape. Carefully remove the hot hot bowl. If your oven has a convection fan, turn it on. If not, just crank your oven to its highest temperature, if it can go any higher. Let the surface of the bread brown while the interior finishes baking, 10-20 more minutes. You can test the interior with a thermometer — anything in the neighborhood of 200ºF/93ºC is good. Let the bread cool before slicing.

Learn to make the softest, delicious loaf bread. Beginner friendly recipe! EASY! Here's a link for the the items I use to make bread: 🤍 Loaf Bread Recipe You will need: bread loaf pan, whisk and dough whisk, bowl, measuring cup Ingredients: 1 packet of fresh active dry yeast or rapid rise yeast 1 cup of warm water heated to 100-100 degrees F 1 tb softened butter 1 tb melted butter 1 tp avocado oil (any non flavored oil will work fine) 2 tb cane sugar 1 tsp can brown sugar 1/4 tsp salt (I use pink Himalayan salt but any salt will work) 3-3 1/2 cups of unbleached all purpose flour (wheat or bread flour will work as well) *I like to use organic flour (to reduce allergies and contanminates) (Reserve the 1/2 cup of flour if your dough is a little to wet) *Honey can be substituted for the sugar 1 egg Procedure: Heat 1 cup of spring or filtered water to 100-110 degrees F Add one packet of yeast (active or rapid rise) to one cup of warmed spring or filtered water. Be sure not to overheat your water it will kill your yeast. Mix and sit the mixture aside to activate the yeast. You will see foam appear on the top of the water. If the yeast doesn't foam or bubble it may be dead. (Check your date on the yeast) Add wet ingredients to a bowl and combine. 2 tb cane sugar, 1 tsp cane brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 tb melted butter, 1 tb softened butter, 1 tsp avocado oil or unflavored oil and 1/4 tsp salt into a bowl and mix well. You can substitute the sugar with 1-2 tb honey to taste. Once mixed add your dry ingredients. 3 cups of unbleached all purpose flour (wheat or bread flour can be used) Be sure to add the cups one at a time and mix. DO NOT pack your flour into the measuring cup, scoop or pour into the measuring cup and level off the flour in the measuring cup. Pour the flour into the bowl. Using a dough whisk mix well. You can also use your clean hands if you do not have a whisk. Once all ingredients are well combined add flour to your work surface and place the dough on the surface to knead. Knead the dough by folding the top to the middle and push with you palm to your wrist then turn. Fold the next side from the top to the middle knead and turn. Continue to knead the dough until it is smooth. Form a ball with the dough and oil your clean bowl and the dough. Place the dough in the bowl to rise. Cover with cling wrap. *Preheat oven to 400 degrees F Once the dough has risen flour your work surface and knead the dough once more until smooth. Form into your dough ball and allow to rest for at least five minutes. Once the dough has rested stretch the dough out and roll the dough up into a tube shaped loaf. Place it into your load pan and allow to rise. Once the dough has risen baste will soft butter and place the dough into your preheated oven at 400 degrees F. Place the loaf in the center of the oven on the middle rack and bake for at least 25 minutes or until golden brown. Once the bread is done remove and allow to cool on a cooling rack. Baste again with butter it's delicious! Well you did it! Congratulations on making your loaf bread! Let me know how it turned out! Happy baking! *I am an Amazon Affiliate. Ready your ovens because this week, Chef Jason will be teaching us how to make fresh, Loaf Bread: Yield: 2 Loaves INGREDIENTS 2 Cups of Water (Tepid) ¼ Cup Sugar 2 Tbsp of Yeast 2½ Tbsp of Oil 2 Tsp of Salt 4 Cups of Flour 1 Tbsp Butter for Pans ½ Cup Flour for Dusting & Rolling METHOD 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. In a medium mixing bowl, add warm water, sugar and yeast. Stir to combine and let sit for 10 minutes to allow yeast to foam up and activate. 3. After this, add your salt and oil and mix. Start to mix in flour in four additions by hand and ensure it absorbs the yeast water mixture. 4. Turn dough onto a floured counter and start to knead using your hands by folding and pushing the dough to you and away from you until you have lost most of the stickiness of the dough (about 4 minutes). 5. Dough should be smooth after kneading. 6. Lightly oil the same flour bowl with some oil and place the dough inside and cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Place dough bowl in a warm area of kitchen for 30 minutes to rise until double or triple its size. 7. Meanwhile, butter two bread loaf pans and dust them lightly with flour. 8. Take your dough and punch down to deflate the additional air. 9. Dust your counter lightly with flour and portion dough into two pieces. 10. Roll each one out to about 10 inches x 5 inches in size. Then roll it up into a swish roll style and tuck the edges of the dough under the bottom to make it neat at the edge points. 11. Place loaf into the bread pan and repeat with the other loaf. Cover loaf pans with a tea towel and allow to rise for another 30 minutes. 12. After, place loaves into a 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for 25 minutes to bake. 13. When done, brush the top of the bread with melted butter to glaze it. 14. Remove from the loaf pan, let cool and serve by slicing. —————— More How To's: 🤍 Connect with: Kezzianne Miller: 🤍kezzidoeseat Chef Jason Peru: 🤍chefjasonperu —————— Subscribe to Foodie Nation: 🤍 Connect with Foodie Nation on: Instagram: 🤍 Pinterest: 🤍 Twitter: 🤍 Facebook: 🤍 Website: 🤍 Email: foodienationtt🤍gmail.com —————— MUSIC CREDITS: Beach Party - Islandesque by Kevin MacLeod is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution license (🤍 Source: 🤍 Artist: 🤍
Homemade bread, what can sound better than that? Simple and easy recipe that anyone can make. This bread does not require any kneading and the end product is mind blowing. The flavor, the taste and the best sounding crunch... If you love good bread, this recipe is definitely for you. Ingredient: - 3 cups (400g) flour - 2 tsp of salt (11g) - 1 tsp active dry yeast (4g) - 1 1/2 cup of lukewarm water (350ml) Instructions: 1. To a bowl with lukewarm water (95-100F or about 36C) add yeast, mix well and let the yeast bloom for about 15 mins 2. In a separate bowl with flour, add salt and mix well. That is a great idea to sift your flour to prevent from big flour lumps 3. Once your yeast has bloomed, add flour to the yeast. By using the spatula carefully mix dry and wet ingredients together. 4. Cover it with a damp towel and let it rise for at least 2 hours 5. After 2 hours, transfer the dough into a floured parchment paper 6. Shape your dough into a ball or loaf 7. Cover with a damp towel and let it rest for 30 minutes 8. While your dough is resting, place your Dutch oven (I use 7qt) with a lid on in the oven and preheat to 450F (230C) with the Dutch oven inside 9. Once oven is preheated, carefully remove your Dutch oven out of the oven. 10. Holding the dough by the parchment paper, carefully place the dough into preheated Dutch oven. Cut excess parchment paper. Please be mindful, Dutch oven will be VERY hot. 11. Cover with a lid and bake in a preheated oven for 30 mins 12. After 30 mins, take the lid off and bake for another 15 mins or until golden crust 13. Take it off, let it rest for 20 mins 14. Enjoy with a salted butter or your favorite meal FOLLOW ME: Instagram 🤍instagram.com/juicingpeaches/ Facebook 🤍 YouTube 🤍 TikTok 🤍 Music by Laxcity - Soft Pillow (provided by MusicBed) #ArtisanBread #NoKneadBread
Customize & buy the Tasty Cookbook here: 🤍 Here is what you'll need! Homemade Dutch Oven Bread Makes 1 loaf INGREDIENTS 600 grams all-purpose flour (about 4 cups, lightly packed and leveled off) 2 cups lukewarm water (between 90˚-110˚F) 1½ tablespoons salt 1 envelope dry active yeast PREPARATION Stir yeast packet into water and allow yeast to bloom. (A light foam should appear on top of the water after about 5 minutes. This means the yeast is alive and active.) In a large bowl, mix flour and salt by hand. Once incorporated, create a small well in the middle and pour in the water/yeast mixture. Mix by hand, wetting your working hand before mixing so the dough doesn’t stick to your fingers. The water and flour should come together and a form rough dough that pulls away from the sides of the bowl. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour in small increments, about 1 tablespoon at a time. If the dough is too dry, add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time. Once the dough has come together, cover it and let it rise until it doubles in size (about 1.5 to 2 hours). Uncover the dough and give it a few pokes with your finger. If the dough has risen properly it should indent under the pressure of your fingers and slowly deflate. Using your hand or a rubber spatula fold the dough. Starting from the rim of the bowl, work the dough loose from the sides and fold it up and towards the center of the bowl. Turn the bowl 90 degrees, and repeat until all the dough has been pulled from the sides and folded towards the center. Once finished, cover and allow the dough to continue to rise for another 1.5-2 hours. Once the dough has doubled in size again, gently remove it from the bowl onto a lightly floured surface and sprinkle a small amount of flour on top of the dough. Using your hands, begin to shape the loaf. Fold the dough under itself several times to form a ball, then claps together the seams of dough underneath. Place the dough seam-side down in a clean bowl that has been coated with olive oil and flour. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Meanwhile, take a 6-quart dutch oven (or heavy cooking pot with oven-safe lid) and place it inside the oven. Preheat the oven to 450˚F/230˚C and allow it to heat up with the pot inside for 45 minutes. Remove the pot from the oven and place it on a trivet or heat-safe surface. (Be careful! It’ll be VERY HOT.) Turn the proofed dough over onto a lightly floured surface and carefully place it inside of the pot. Cover with the lid and return the pot to the oven. Bake at 450˚F/230˚C for 45 minutes, removing the lid for the last 15 minutes. Remove bread from pot and allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
